Business Boundaries: Awareness with Samantha Hartley and Emily Baldwin

Business Boundaries: Awareness

with Samantha Hartley and Emily Baldwin

On the Profitable Joyful Consulting podcast, I teach you how to increase your profits and enjoy your business more. In this episode, you’ll learn how to develop your awareness of boundaries in your business.

Joining me today for this conversation is Emily Baldwin, the co-owner of Pachacea, a healing private practice specializing in shamanic facilitation, meditation guidance, somatic experiencing and therapeutic yoga. She’s also the co-owner of Sedona Payments, a digital payments and business consulting agency specializing in merchant services.

Boundaries aren’t an issue until they are. Many of us, especially women, have our ability to set boundaries turned off very early as kids. When we grow up and become adults and business owners, we aren’t always aware of the need to understand and set boundaries. But boundaries are here to help us trust ourselves, function well in our businesses, and stay safe.

You might be able to get away with lax boundaries in your personal life, but in business once you get to a certain revenue level, boundaries are absolutely critical. You can’t make it to, for example, $2M without boundaries. Tune into this episode to learn how to have a more profitable, joyful business by developing a deeper awareness and understanding of boundaries.
